    How do I know what my shipping charges are?

    All shipping charges are listed online in the shipping page. On the left-hand side of the web page, you will see a list of buttons, find the one labeled shipping. Scroll down until you find the shipping that applies to you. A shipping charge will not appear on your total, however, they will be added manually by us after we receive your order.

    Note: California has a separate shipping table rate. For all other states use the National shipping rates table.

    What forms of payments do you accept?

    How long will it be until I get my order?

    Order and delivery times vary by product order. Please allow approximately (2-3) weeks from the date of the order for upholstered sofas, chair, and loveseat to be shipped from our warehouse. Shipping times vary depending on your

    geographical location from our Southern California warehouse, but generally range from 10 to 15 business days.

    I received my furniture but is too big to get inside my...?

    It's the customer's responsibility to make sure they have enough room to get furniture inside the location. Before placing an order we strongly advise customers to check the size of doors, elevators, hallways, etc. to verify that they're big enough to fit furniture through. No returns or cancellations will be accepted nor refunds given. In special cases a manager might authorize a return; in such a case customer will be responsible for all shipping charges including charges to get furniture shipped back to us plus a 30% restocking fee.

    What if my furniture arrives damaged?

    It is your responsibility to inspect your order when it arrives to make sure that it is what you ordered and that the item(s) are undamaged. In unusual circumstances, a product may arrive suffering damage from the shipping process. Please note that you must acknowledge any problems relating to your order immediately upon delivery or pick up by noting it on the Bill of Lading and refusing delivery of the defective item by the carrier. Use our online form click here or contact us at 714-262-5451. Wicked Elements will not be held responsible for any order issues not originally reported on the Bill of Lading and or at the time of pick up. When you report a damaged item, we'll begin the process of scheduling the replacement of item(s)at no charge. Because our sofas are custom built to meet your specific order, we cannot offer refunds. In special cases, a manager may be able to authorize a refund. A 30% restocking fee will be applied plus shipping charges including the actual return shipping charge.

    How do I cancel or change my order?

    Due to our rapid manufacturing time, order changes must be made within a 24 hours time frame from when the order was placed. Cancellations will only be accepted up until 24 hours after you place your order.

    We do not have a showroom or retail location.

    Can I pick up my order instead of having it shipped to me?

    Yes, when you place your order you will be asked to select a shipping method. Just select self-pick up, no shipping charges will be added to your order or your credit card. You will be contacted by us when the order is ready for pickup.
    Please be aware- You have four (4) days to pick up your order after been notified that order is complete and ready for pick up. Storage fees in the amount of $30.00 a day will start to incur on the fifth (5) day.

    What is the difference between the Enchanted and the Rock Star sofa?

    They have the same frame, fabric and leg options the only difference is that the Vegas has embroidered flames on the front and there is no upgrade charge for the Metal or Post legs.

    Do pillows come with sofas?

    Most sofas, loveseats and chairs do not come with pillows. The following models come with the pillows included:
    Sable, Lounge Sectional, Funky Lounge, Lady Luck Sectional, Wicked Bed Set and Enchanted Bed Set.
    For all others, pillows are not included.

    What is the price listed on the fabric for?

    This only applies if you wish to buy fabric. All our fabrics are also sold by the yard. The price listed next to the fabric is the price per yard of fabric. Our customers often order a few yards to do drapes, curtains, upholster their dining chairs etc.
